Vex the Anarchist, considered a demon of demons, is no more than an apparition when not present in a physical manifest. When in the presence of a living body, his presence, just as well as influence, may be exerted through the body he so chooses, or he may change the body drastically to appear in his own form. Though with a slight appearance of insanity, he is a more sophisticated manifestation above all else. His blood lust and bestial nature poses him as a high threat, and a very deadly adversary. Vex posses the ability to change his body parts into the form of multiple weapon types, including scythes, swords, extended claws, maces, and posses multiple types of powers, varying from the natural/unnatural forces of nature like fire, gravity, darkness, to the more spiritual and demonic powers like telekinesis, corruption, and illusions to lure his prey to their final fate as a victim of his assault/murder/targeting, or just to be his next meal. Vex posses multiple forms, but the form shown is his most famous and renowned. Vex has no definite gender, as he shares aspects such as gender depending on his champion. The eye on his chest is not only his crest, but a means of assault, defense, and misdirection, as it is his means of illusionary actions.
